1 General Provisions

This User Agreement governs the use of the online service provided by the Administration.

By using the Service, including registration or payment, the User confirms full acceptance of these terms.

In case of disagreement with the terms, the User must stop using the Service immediately.

The Service provides digital goods and intangible services (software, instructions, digital products).

The value of the products lies in systematization, support, and updates, not in the exclusivity of information.

We do not guarantee the uniqueness or unavailability of individual elements outside the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet the User's specific expectations.

We are not liable for direct/indirect losses, account bans, or consequences of using the materials.

The Service is not intended to encourage or facilitate illegal activities.

The User undertakes to use the Service exclusively within the framework of applicable law.

Responsibility for the legality of using the materials lies entirely with the User.

All materials posted on the Service are protected by intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, resell, or distribute the materials without permission.

Violation of IP rights will result in permanent access restriction without compensation.

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, refunds are not provided after access is granted.

Refunds are only possible if the service was not rendered due to a technical fault on our end.

Attempting a chargeback without contacting support first is strictly prohibited.
